Delivery & Returns
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 7 to 10 days.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. COMPRALOCAS.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
COMPRALOCAS.COM cannot be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
COMPRALOCAS.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the “Shipped” stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and can not engage our responsibility. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can then cancel your order by contacting Customer Service.
You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery or the provision before signing the delivery note and indicate on the latter and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (error, damaged product …). In case of delivery by a carrier, you must also confirm the reservations to the carrier no later than two working days after receipt of the item (s) and send us a copy of this letter by email.
In the case of anomaly, COMPRALOCAS.COM will reimburse you or exchange products not corresponding to your order (defective or non-compliant) after you have made your complaint by email.
Customer Service may ask you to return the products concerned. In the case of return by carrier, the shipping and return costs will be refunded on proof of the Post. However, the amount of the reimbursement of the expenses of return can not exceed 1.5 times the amount of the expenses of sending invoiced.
In all the cases of return of the products the return will be able to be accepted and the exchange or the refund carried out, only for the complete products, in their state of origin with the original invoice of purchase.
- You have a period of 7 days from receipt, to return the product that does not suit you: the price of the product (s) purchased (s) will be refunded from their receipt by COMPRALOCAS. COM within 8 days. Shipping and return costs are your responsibility.
- No sending against refund will be accepted for any reason.
Delivery charges apply as follows:
